see the problem is you try to use descriptive language to justify murder. That woman was not a threat to any of the police officers outside that hallway. she was not a threat to any of the police officers she walked by getting to that window she crawled through.
One unnamed police officer decided he was justified to shoot her when she was in the act of tresspassing. Now I may be fine with your argrument if the decision and the officer, the decision he made and the orders he was acting under were all transparently revealed.
I'm sure i could have simply stepped over to that window , pointed that gun between her eyes and informed her why her decision to enter would be a poor one without her advancing any further.
If she was visibly brandishing a weapon then that obviously would not have been smart on my part to do so. Since she was not brandishing a weapon of any type arguing that she may have had a weapon and shooting her is in fact a cold premeditated act of murder.
Its a tough decision police officers, real police officers are trained to make every day and handle correctly 99.9 percent of the time.
This unnamed protected officer was clearly not trained to make that decision correctly.

If congress was so terrified maybe they should have done a complete investigation and either proved or debunked the election fraud issues.
