B.C. man sets off class-action lawsuit against UPS over hidden brokerage fees
I feel strongly that ups canada needs to stop this.

Do you think that Fedex Ground and DHL should stop charging brokerage fees also? What about all the brokerage firms should they all be put out of business?

You better check again in regards to DHL. They will allow you to set up an account to pay yourself and avoid wacky charges. I am betting they won't be going out of business. UPS has been fleecing Canadians for far too long.
