Polite inquiries and rude intrusions are not the same thing and these days with the thumpers and the rollers I'm seeing far more of the latter. If those two rollers had simply asked if they could park their bikes in my yard I would have consented. The trouble is that many of them adopt this self righteous sense of superiority, that they are a better class of humanity than the rest of us ungodly peasants. Faith is one thing. Mind control is another and it's the latter that worries me.

As I said before I'll embrace the beliefs and the ideology of whichever religious organization with whom I can successfully negotiate the terms of endearment . Face it they're always out recruiting new members and with church memberships falling and monetary support always in doubt why not give them the opportunity to compete for my endorsement? Some of the wealthiest people in the world are televangelists and so no reason not to see if you can get them to throw some cash in the opposite direction.
