Thanks for the feedback, I went though all the options for pix, all settings looked normal, guess I call Verizon. I've had LG cell phones in the past, and never had this issue, but this phone, I haven't liked it since I got it, and that was less than a year ago.

Over and Scratch,

Called Verizon, talked with technical support, sent them a picture I took and a new phone is on the way.

Unfortunately, it's the same make and model Motorola, but still under the 1 year warranty.

So you many want to let your daughter and son know, unless they like taking pictures in the negative mode.

I have the LG nv2. I like it. Small, compact, and great for texting. Also my son and daughter have this phone. I have a friend that just got the Storm and it looks pretty cool. He seems to like it so far.

My wife has an LG Vu...it's ok but when you go to the web, everything is too small for these old eyes. Plus I can't hear well on it.
