That's the problem. Won't touch the other one's packages.
Yes. I know. I hate it too. I understand why it is though, we don't want the contractors suing that FedEx is 'stealing' their money. It bothers me having to waste the time going to a stop and finding out that its a ground pickup, not express. Why you ask? That customer is now confused and is more likely to call the well-KY'd machine of UPS because the UPS guy is the UPS guy is the UPS guy. Express is not Ground which is not Freight which is not Custom Critical.

And management wonders why I don't chase after leads as hard as they want me too. It's not fair to the customer to try to decipher the clusterf that is FedEx.

Pick up what you can carry on hand or your dolly if you have one with you. Tell them you will be back for the rest. Come back the next day when you stop by again. No rule broken and you didn't lie to them.
