Thing I don’t get is, how in the world do you cross the picket line, and then look your co workers in the eyes when the strike is over? I could maybe understand someone brandy new doing it. No relationships with co workers. I’m not even friendly with anyone I work with. I say hi to a few drivers. Other than that, nothing. I’ve never been someone to be real friendly with co workers. It’s a job. Nothing more. Not at UPS to make friends. I could never cross the picket line, with basically no personal friendships with co workers. You gotta be pretty scummy.

No it means regardless of what percentage of people would vote The vote total will stand if we don't meet the 50% threshold
