How do I receive my discount on my phone service? I’m with T-Mobile.

It's 20% off if I remember correctly, but that only applies to the line charge, not the data plan so it's not as much as you might think. Still better than nothing though.

Recently, had to show them an (old) Ups ID to continue to receive it.

They call once a month trying to offer me something, anything to change my plan.

Everytime my contract gets close to expire, I just renew and keep going.

Keep in mind sometimes those older plans aren’t the best deals any longer. It might have been a good deal at the time but check current rates to see where they stand now.

It's stuck in the extended position.

Held together by clear Scotch tape.

As much as I have to use gps on my phone at work. UPS should be paying my whole bill.
