UPS doesn't need your consent to video you. If they were trying profit off the use of the recording then yes they would need to obtain consent.

Think about how many cameras are around that are constantly recording you.

Yes when it comes to audio it's a different story.

The second part of this is the company openly lied and said the onward one was not a camera. They called it a sensor.the third part is. That management knows that people use the inside of package cars to pee in bottles. It is illegal federally to have a camera pointing at a restroom.
By law, it’s not a restroom unless it contains a urinal or a toilet. A toilet is not a toilet unless it’s flushed by water.

Correct. You just have to be told that you are being recorded.

While State laws vary, it is generally legal as long as you know you are being recorded by your employer in their vehicle.

You don’t even necessarily have to agree to it. Implied consent.

Can you refuse to being recorded? That will take lawyers and courts to decide.
