Jacksonville doesn't have a strong following. When our family went to a game there 5 years ago, fully half the fans there were Bears fans. Midway through the third quarter 80 percent were Bears fans.

Bottom line is that you don't win respect arguments by being disrespectful. The knee thing should have been a one time launch event that grew into a National black men and white police expectations conversation.

Took my son and his GF to their first game in Buffalo. We didn't tailgate but we got there a bit early----I can be a nervous traveler----and we had a chance to take in the sights and sounds before heading in to find our seats.

To this day I am still amazed at the amount of trash left behind in the parking lot.

It's hard to spend a few hundred dollars and a whole day congregating with 65,000 other fans to cheer on the fact that (at least on this day) we don't suck quite as bad as the opposing team.

I have a lot of rabid NFL fans that are pissed about the politics interjecting in football. Preston is right on the mediocre football contributing but also blind to all the fans showing up wearing shirts draped in patriotic colors instead of team colors.
