Can anybody explain this to me?

Think of a big carnival wheel of chance. Where it stops, that is the "High Priority of the Day"! There is never any long term planning.

Don't get too comfortable because the wheel spins often. Today it might be Orion, tomorrow the paid day, day after that- send agains, etc...
