The pension deal ticks me off because the union screwed our pension, many of us have already had cuts. Now they get the company to increase contributions... this is their safeguard not ours. They already squandered away pension money we earned and that they have cut. We aren't going to get pension increases to get that back. They made these pension deals too little too late imo. Vote NO!!!

I don't have an opinion at this point.
Until the 2-man committee.... everyone is just speculating.
I've made that statement before.
The company is always looking to evade the agreement, before the ink is dry.
Hence;
The recording of the negotiations.
It will cut down on "misinterpretation" of the intended language, and not waste
money spent on National Grievance Panels and arbitration cases.
All those monetary factors.... must be weighing heavily on the company.
