Well the hiring freeze until may didn't help. Now the only jobs posted are seasonal jobs. You are not going to attract quality applicants with temporary work. And treating current employees better is off the table. This is ups after all

Last peak they called some newly retired feeder drivers and asked if they would cover a peak run. Nobody took them up on it as far as I know.

We’ve had a retired feeder coming back for almost 10 years now.
