How often do you have an inhumane dispatch?

Once every 5-7 working days

My definition of inhumane would be a 12 hour dispatch.

I get lots of 10-10.5s. It's not the end of the world. I knew what I was getting myself into when I took the job

Inhumane is what the Nazis did to the Jews

Sorry but your 12 hour dispatch doesn't fit the description

SMH!!!

So if they got chewed out, what is asking me idiotic questions going to accomplish? Again, a couple morons reading a report, without having any clue of what goes on in the real world

This is where area knowledge is key. I also have several dock pickups but the difference is I know which ones will be busy at certain times of the year and whether I have to back up to them or not.

For example, I pickup and deliver to our local college bookstore. Naturally they are busiest at the start and end of each semester so I will back up to their dock during those times. Other times of the year they are less busy and I can get away with pulling up near their front door and walking it off from there.

You might think the company would ask, "who doesn't mind getting heavy overtime"? That could lighten up others.
