Anyone who's walked a picket line takes that risk.
There comes a time when you have to take a stand.
If people didn't take a risk and take a stand in 1776 we'd still be paying a tax on tea.

Being, that Local 804 is the "hub" of TDU (Ron Carey's Local)
TDU has updated their main website page.... without a mention of this.
That seems kind of odd.... for them.

He went out there and lied to all the members. The company violating the grievance procedure does NOT give him the right to call a strike. That is false.
He walked the entire building off the property and then explained why, instead of the other way around and let everyone make a decision.
Any member that is very well versed in the NLRA and our contract knows this was completely irresponsible.

Nah....too indecisive to be Dave. He'd get in his truck precisely at start time and honk his way thru the picket line...and drive off to deliver his air...lol.
Honestly who cares....he would have run out the building so fast....he would have probably got hit by a car....or an unshaven Fedex ground driver!....like I said again who cares??!!
