In order to get to the actual Supreme Court it must go thru every states Supreme Court that a lawsuit was filed. If liberal judges throw out or dismiss the cases it can never even make it to the Supreme Court. it should be sent in on time prior to election day and it the signatures should be verified by matching them to their registration

instead you have numerous voters who showed up to vote on election day only to find out they supposedly voted already by mail.
