Pt sups can’t be transferred, reassigned, moved to a new facility or new set of hours unless the employee agrees to it.

OP said he was being strong armed. This makes me think he’s not being forced. They’re trying to make him feel obligated and move willingly.

If they want him to move to a different facility for his development then they’d tell him that and he wouldn’t feel forced. Even then it’s his call to stay put. There’s a chance it would affect their opinion of him. His job would be safe though.
