I took notes/times of all management touching packages which was almost the entire shift because it was so blown out and will be filing my first greivence tomorrow! I was already warned the steward is useless so I'll have the BA on speed dial if he tries to beat around the bush

We got guys here that would put y'all to shame. I know for a fact 3 drivers that didn't break 40k last year strictly using dead days. Then didn't get full vacation nor pension.

PCM this morning. Center manager and 2 ORS all talked about hydration. Shop steward piped up after the safety tip, which was about staying hydrated, and said "The three of you idiots just took 15 minutes to talk about the same damn thing 3 times." Everyone including management laughed.
