Again, every day is a sick-out, 4 PT preload in my area did not show today, usually it is 1 or 2. Even if it is higher than usual, there is no way to prove it is a sick-out unless a very high # (6+) call out on the same day.

Sounds like a fun way to pizz off management:
Every day just casually mention to your sup that a sick-out is occurring.
