No bit at least it gave us some language on it. They waited till after we passed the contract, then dropped that bomb on us.

It's not great language but it could be worse.
I'm not sure screwing over current PT employees by hiring off the street is better than screwing over current PT employees with the TCD language. At least the people who put in their time get the chance to make some real money.
The language should be improved you're right about that though.
