Question about insurance..

Why don't drivers have the same insurance as the Article 22 folks in our building? Theirs is much better than ours, and I'm not completely schooled on the way our insurance is negotiated or given to us, or however that comes to be. Wouldn't it be beneficial for everyone to be on the same plan?

It may be beneficial to UPS to put you in a plan that is cheaper than the driver plan.

Because those that were in the ups plan, got the enhanced version of Teamcare, and those that were already in Teamcare, got better, but not quite as good as the new members.
