Sean O'Brien's role in the railroad deal

Sean is still new, he’s doing a very good job so far I will not judge him only on the railroad contract because it is quite complicated.
What's so hard? Is he with Biden/Pelosi or is he with the Union members that rejected the proposal?

He should have told Biden to stand down let them strike for a week so they feel like they’ve accomplished something then send’em back to work
Say something at least. Tell us why these union members are wrong? Get out of the Biden bunker

Seems like grandstanding to me. Instead of putting the sick days in the bill to avert the strike, they kept it separate. That way they could claim the moral victory and blame senate republicans when they inevitably vote it down, but approve the other resolution imposing the contract.
It's a way of distraction from the fact that they want to side against the unions.
