IMO he is communicating his opinions fairly and respectfully. He says some things that are challenging sometimes but look at me, who am I to talk. We all are imperfect. You also at times thing that are challenging sometimes, more often than not, but to each his own.

I think he is making a fine and fair contribution to this thread.

If you feel that way it is my belief and understanding Jesus’s teaching would call you to love him, not condemn him.

He has said numerous vile things in the past and is moderating his speech now to prevent being suspended again.

Post #2 was a book, chapter, and verse to explain why the SBC took the action they did. That you consider quoting scripture a derailment says everything we need to know.

So you think you have the right to ignore the men chosen by Jesus and imbued with the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost. You set yourself up as being on par with them.

You cited post #2 as the cause of the thread's derailment. You asked if we agreed with the SBC's decision to withdraw fellowship with a congregation that had a woman pastor and I gave you a relevant scripture that said why they took that action. And I believe you did read that scripture and told us you disagreed with it.
