Don't you remember? Tex is one of those "Christian" type people. If he's a true Christian he would be fully supportive of the measures that were taken that were designed to make life easier and better for his fellow man and including standing in opposition to efforts to keep their voices from being heard. It's people like him is why I got out of organized religion. Why? Because it's more like organized racism as well as the preservation of white supremacy.

When the official photo showing Kemp signing the bill into law and surrounded entirely by old white men all standing in front of a painting of a Georgia plantation said everything that needed to be said about the bill's intent. And rest assured that photo burned a permanent image into the minds of Georgians especially those who grew up in the Jim Crow South.
At least you're honest about your lies.

The bill expands voting, and is in no way about race. But you Democraps need to lie and portray it as racist in order to trick people into voting for you.

Carry on.

People can bring their own water, and friends and family can bring them water. Stop being a drama queen. And bring that picture I.D.!
No- the law say that no person can give water or food to someone in line.

1807 SECTION 33.

1813 person distribute or display any campaign material, nor shall any person give, offer to give,
1814 or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and
1815 drink, to an elector,
1818 (1) Within 150 feet of the outer edge of any building within which a polling place is
1819 established;
1820 (2) Within any polling place; or
1821 (3) Within 25 feet of any voter standing in line to vote at any polling place.

No one shall give gifts, which include food or water. In other words no one is allowed to try and influence the vote. Perfectly legal to bring your own or have others bring it to you. This is already established and nothing new under the new law.

And you think it is odd that votes in swing states are close. You definitely need to be checked for dementia, because the very definition of a swing state is that the vote is close. I am chuckling daily at your inane posts. but you probably 'doubt it.'
When things shut down until they see how much they need, and votes come from way back to take the lead, it makes people wonder. I know you don't wonder, not your nature.

Says nothing about using the gift to influence vote- just that NO person shall give water. You need to make up clauses that don't exist because you now know you are wrong about it only being campaign workers. Now you see it as ANY person, you need to make up more BS you have in your head that is not part of the law. Chuckling again at how hard you need to try to justify it.

You really need to read a little closer. Clearly talks about influencing voters, about not giving gifts which it says includes food and water. Just because it's written in legalese doesn't mean you can't understand it if you try.

The courts found no fraud, after the election boards found no fraud, and the Supreme court refused to waste their time on it after reviewing the info. Yet you, and clowns like you, keep bringing up stuff the believe in while 'highly doubting' easily provable facts. You REALLY, seriously, should start questioning your beliefs when they are all proven wrong, time, after time, after time. You need to learn that just wanting something to be true doesn;t make it true, and that 'highly doubting' something doesn't make it untrue. You are willing to march through life, happy to believe the BS you are told because you happen to like the people who told you. Maybe everyone you know is a right wing clown, so you just fall in place, but when you post nonsense over and over, and are proven wrong, over and over, you blithely just keep on believing what you are told, like a good right leaning sheep. Start questioning!!!!! Be a man!!!!! Seek the truth, even if it might be something you 'highly doubt.'

Name one court that had a hearing, let alone a trial, where they examined the evidence and heard witnesses etc then ruled there was no fraud?

It talks about influencing voters, and then says NO person can hand out water. Just like the constitution talks about a 'well regulated militia, and goes on to say anyone can arm himself. At least, in the second amendment, it is all one sentence, so there should be a question, but in this case, there is no question that NO person can give any person in line to vote any food or water.
The law does NOT say you can't give water to influence. It says you simply can't give water. If they really wanted to clarify that relatives or caretakers could give water, like they specifically mention in other parts of the bill regarding assisting filling out or delivering ballots to drop boxes, they could have, but the clear intent was to make it more difficult, even by denying water to people waiting. The law does say that the polling location can make water available, but does not make it a requirement. If a location has long lines, and no one is allowed to hand out water, the location should be REQUIRED to make water available.

Says nothing about soliciting votes in regards to prohibiting passing out water.
Says clearly that no one can hand out water to ANY person in line to vote. They could have limited it, but your racist klan members knew what they were doing. Or are you claiming your klan members are incompetent, and it was just a mistake??????????
