Stupid arguments about the Ground business model

It talks about influencing voters, and then says NO person can hand out water. Just like the constitution talks about a 'well regulated militia, and goes on to say anyone can arm himself. At least, in the second amendment, it is all one sentence, so there should be a question, but in this case, there is no question that NO person can give any person in line to vote any food or water.
The law does NOT say you can't give water to influence. It says you simply can't give water. If they really wanted to clarify that relatives or caretakers could give water, like they specifically mention in other parts of the bill regarding assisting filling out or delivering ballots to drop boxes, they could have, but the clear intent was to make it more difficult, even by denying water to people waiting. The law does say that the polling location can make water available, but does not make it a requirement. If a location has long lines, and no one is allowed to hand out water, the location should be REQUIRED to make water available.
Nope, it clarifies what is included in influencing voters. As ol'Joe would say, "Come on man!"

When things shut down until they see how much they need, and votes come from way back to take the lead, it makes people wonder. I know you don't wonder, not your nature.
Do you still think that close elections in swing states are 'odd' ???????????

I think there were quite a few anomalies in 2020. Should I explain to you that anomalies doesn't include food or water passed out to voters? You seem confused.
There are anomalies every year. Even thinking that anomalies only happened in 2020 makes me wonder about your mental health. Anomalies are not all the 'odd'.
Name one court that had a hearing, let alone a trial, where they examined the evidence and heard witnesses etc then ruled there was no fraud?
There were well over 60 court cases filed and NONE found any measure of fraud that even came close to changing the outcome. They may not have ruled that no fraud happened, because maybe there could have been, but they dismissed all but one case, which the Supreme court later overruled and dismissed. FOX didn't tell you that, just like they aren't reporting on Matt Gaetz, or how McConnell is refusing to allow the vote on infrastructure to proceed, despite admitting the need for trillions in spending.

"(a) No person shall solicit votes in any manner or by any means or method, NOR shall any person give, offer to give,
or participate in the giving of any money or gifts, including, but not limited to, food and
drink, to an elector."

You can't solicit votes AND you can't hand out water.

Somehow, soliciting votes with handouts through a massive government entitlement system isn't enough for you people, you want to literally buy votes from people waiting in line to vote.

And anyone who disagrees with buying votes is a member of the klan!!!!

Lol.

Fred's Myth

Says nothing about using the gift to influence vote- just that NO person shall give water. You need to make up clauses that don't exist because you now know you are wrong about it only being campaign workers. Now you see it as ANY person, you need to make up more BS you have in your head that is not part of the law. Chuckling again at how hard you need to try to justify it.
The intent of the legislators will determine the exact meaning during the court challenge.

That one case went directly to the Supreme Court because they had standing, and they chose not to hear it. So no cases were adjudicated. FOX is reporting on Gaetz, and McConnell is within his rights to use the filibuster on a huge spending bill with only 5% earmarked for infrastructure. Once again you say a lot, then demonstrate you don't know much.

You know what? All you guys know how to do is print money, throw it at problems, and skim off the top. All of that is coming to a head. Because of the massive bubble we're all on it won't be long before it pops and we're in a depression. Tell me how unChristian I am when I've been warning you guys for years of the absolute misery we'll all be under because you can't stop spending. And your little racism ploy means nothing. If you truly cared about minorities you'd try to get them jobs instead of handouts.
Worried about the deficit are you? During the 4 years of the Trump administration an additional 6.7$ trillion dollars were added to the federal deficit . And those numbers are courtesy of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Came up a bit of fulfilling Trump's campaign promise of eliminating the federal debt. Offsetting the tax cut required the US GDP to grow 4% annually. That's 4% a year EVERY year. Something we've never done.

That's not true. The observers were supposed to be able to stand within 6 feet to observe. And telling people they are knocking off for the night, then pulling out those suitcases after observers leave? But it's ok, Republican legislatures are cleaning up the rules to make sure everything is fair next time. Elections have consequences. You'll have to win control of those legislatures to get the cheating back.
You're forgetting something A little thing called COVID 19 social distancing. You can throw up all of these 2020 election conspiracies you want. They've all been debunked and dismissed.

Added to the debt, not the deficit. Sheesh.

It’s really amazing how he thinks continuing to cite a conspiracy theory that no one believes will help persuade people into believing it. We know all the lies that Fox commentators have been spewing for months. They’re being sued for them now. We don’t believe them. I don’t know why he keeps referencing this stuff like we haven’t heard it before.
Yes, there are being sued and Sidney Powell is using the same defense Fox is using by claiming that no sane and rational person would believe what she and Fox News are telling the American people. What they're saying is that their so called news content is nothing more than tabloid journalism and entertainment that cannot be taken seriously. We'll see if it holds up.

In the meantime Mike Lindell was telling Steve (Trump gave him a get out of jail free card) Bannon on Bannon's show that this August SCOTUS will overturn the election and return Trump to the White House. Only one problem . Neither SCOTUS nor any lower federal court has any such case on their dockets.

Again trump promised to wipe out the federal debt during one of his traveling salvation show spectacles . Didn't tell anyone of his loyal subjects how he was going to do it . It didn't matter because they were too dumb to know enough to ask. Either way The US government spent 6.7 trillion dollars more than it brought in during his administration.
