So I guess all the dead people can get up now, the hoax is up.
Why does the left insist on lies to make their points?

Is it because they run solely on emotion and aren't able to win their case debate on merit?

...Or that they have ulterior motives , know they're wrong , resulting in a need to lie in order to get others on their side?

Trump never said Covid was a hoax. He said the democrats blaming it on him was their new hoax. Big difference.

So in your opinion, why are the titans of capitalism shutting down and letting the economy sour?
The economy is like a carton of milk and it soured a long, long time ago. The titans of industry and capitalism opened that sour carton years ago , smelled it and started spraying air freshener on a constant basis ever since.

The air freshener has run out , the rates are zero and there was nothing more that could be done to keep up the façade.

Luckily for them, a fire started in their house and they're using the milk to put it out. When the fire is finally out , they will claim to need more milk and will simply produce more.

There is a huge crash coming, the likes none of us have ever seen. It will not be the virus' fault. The crash was coming either way and corona just accelerated the process.

They didn't cause the pandemic and it is indeed real. It's just that they weren't prepared for the virus last week, last year, last decade or ever for that matter. Because of this they had to flatten the curve instead of isolating the elderly, the diabetic , obese and asthmatic; among other groups.

Not being prepared has made this much worse than it had to be. But since it's so bad , they are going to now tell you that they need two cartons of milk, a new fridge to put it in, and a second fridge downstairs for back up. This in turn will cause massive investigations into what they already know they did wrong with absurd recommendations of cases of milk , multiple refrigerators, generators to back them up for power, cases of powered milk to back up all that.

Of course, they will forget to buy cups and mugs to drink with and everyone will have to drink out of the carton causing yet another obvious situational problem that could have been avoided.

Ain't government grande?

You're right that he lacks dearly in specificity in language.

But that's just a strawman argument; Another tool of the left.

He says plenty of things that are cringeworthy almost every day but His verbal attention to detail is irrelevant in this case, as he never said the virus was a hoax. It's plain and simple; he never said that.

I do care about what people say as I think words are powerful and meaningful.
But, I care more about what people actually do. It's their actions that matter to me the most.

Trumps' actions have indeed shown that he is taking this serious and that he cares very much.

Hilarious. He used the word hoax for his followers to soak in.

He didn’t take the virus seriously and we all are suffering for it. South Korea had their first case the same day we did and they didn’t have to destroy their economy to cope. Trump’s actions have been a disaster.

So in your mind, there’s no discernible difference between the USA and South Korea outside of the leadership.

Admit it that if Trump walked on water, you’d find fault with it because you can’t stand the man. Be honest.
That’s all you have? Sad. His response has been a disaster that destroyed the economy and cost us many more lives than a competent response would have resulted in. This failure was predictable, it was just a matter of when. But, sure cry about how the majority of the country hates him just because he’s a divisive horse’s ass.

No, that’s just the foundation for understanding you.

Run on or not the facts are still there. And thankfully the governors who acted quickly will save the lives of thousands of state residents.
Quit worrying about the economy DIDO. The damage has already been done and the faster we get the outbreak back under control the quicker the economy which is the only thing you and Orange Head worry about will recover.
Granted in a nation with an economy that today is comprised of really nothing more that bars, bistros and beauty shops there are some who will go out of business in those parts of the country where there were too many of them to begin with.
You can't let the economy suffer too badly;

Every 1% rate of unemployment is equal to 10,000 lives lost.

The states that acted quickly are seeing results, as in fewer new cases, and lower projected deaths. The independent IMHE site shows projections for peak cases, expected deaths, hospital capacity, and ICU beds available. The charts are based on continuing social distancing protocol.

Science at work, not conspiratorial garbage.
Which states acted quickly? I would presume Washington and Cali ?

Trump said Covid-19 was no big deal and it would be gone by April. Fact. Snopes gives Trump's "hoax" statement a 50/50 rating for truth. This comes out of his statements at a rally where he minimized the threat and also said what you said from the Democrats.

How can you possibly deny that Trump minimized it? That's Fake News.
