this is exactly why 705 and 710 are separate from National

Can someone tell me what 705 and 710 constitution or bylaws say. What if over 50% of our local votes and it goes down or why should we even vote. Wtf.

So if 705 and 710 push the no vote hard and push it above the 50% then what. We still haven't voted approx 25,000 votes. And was that counted with the 209,000.
No, but they mirror the National language and cherry pick. Looking at those new guys, good luck. They are up there with local 804.

Cach facility is going to be hurt big time if this passes. We already are understaffed and 80% of new hires don’t last a week. The 20% who do make it are getting a $125-$200 weekly attendance bonus therefore on average they’re making $15-$20/hr. Do you think they will stay when it goes down to $13 an hour? They make it sound like it’s going up from $10.35 to $13, but in actuality it will drastically go down. With Amazon going up to $15/hr and with them having huge facilities nearby...we are screwed.

Local 705 and most of everywhere else will continue using bonuses to get new hires to come in when the new contract is ratified. The union does not think its a problem that a new hire earns a bigger paycheck than a union employee with years of service.

710 and 705 never have, they also have their own LTL freight contracts

Mine seems to bounce off of the Master agreement but cherry pick with some writing.

The book doesn't follows according to the correct facility when comes to wages. Yes, they says that is the wage but never had apply to the facility so basically living by UPS's pay grade standard, including $1 a year increase.
