Im a cover driver but i still brought in 67k last year. I paid back 1500 at the end of last year with my 401k contributions at 15 percent

It's a lot of responsibility but it sure is nice feeling when you have it payed off.

People are always on us that we are throwing money away on rent.
They never understand when I say and you're throwing it away on taxes home repair HOA dues blah blah blah
Trust me I know. I have to write out a check for $2500 for school/local property taxes next month.

Yeah it's sad. My cousin just built a nice house. He built it all by himself to save money but after they got the tax bill they thought they were gonna have to sell
