I support fair and equal competition amongst all areas of business, this includes Uber/PVD/FedEx classsification of business and employees. The law shouldn’t be used as a shield for one company and a weapon for another.

That’s why the law should apply across the board in the same sector. None of this, “they aren’t employees, they are contractors” BS. Same goes for transporting goods in vehicles, are we requiring these PVD’s to get physicals?

Weed is different. If I suspect a weed pick up, I ask the shipper, then I give it to mgmt when I get in. The police are called to bring it back to the shipper.
