Not if they have 20 packages per day.
That's a lot of revenue for the Business (Center) Manager's bottom line.
1 or 2 packages per day ... yeah, make them bring them to you.

I hate the people in business parks who aren’t a pickup but have the “ups yes” hanging on their door. Then end up giving you 20 boxes daily. Stop being cheap.

I'd tell them they need to schedule a pick up... got no time for 20 boxes daily. My ORS would have me in the office accusing me of stealing time.

I would make the pickup on the first day as a favor but would tell them that they have to either sign up for a scheduled pickup or call in an OCA each and every day.

I would worry about yourself. It's no different than me as a single guy who has no time and energy to go on dates having to pay through the nose for single mothers who made irresponsible decisions. She reaps the benefits while I bust my tail. Getting something for nothing.
