The stop counts of some of these routes are unbelievable

hmm I was late once, actually on time for a regular shift but my boss sent to my DIAD the Friday before to be there at 845 and I got there at 855 and they fired me. Never had a write up, never been talked to, and I was doing well so they said so I guess every location really is different

You were probably in your 30 day qualifying. They also probably didn't think you were doing as well as you think you were so they just cut you loose.

no I was doing well, I was done with my stops early everyday, never needed a helper, was never spoken to about anything, I was in my 30 days though.. it is what it is
