I first started to see the service decline about 10 -12 years ago and I was at the eye Doctor. Barnesis walks in for his monthly contact supply and the girl told him that UPS seems to be taking longer than usual getting product to the office. I started smiling almost laughed but did not. He just walked out, You would have thought he would have walked out with his tail between his legs???

All were the CIOs (Chief Information Officer) for UPS. Now like so many other management committee members at UPS, the new CIO was hired from outside and doesn't have the UPS experience that the other four had.
