Some customers are unhappy with the passoff.
"I paid for UPS to deliver, instead they give it to the p.o."
I guess they are lazy and dont want to do their job"
"If I wanted the p.o. to deliver it, I would have selected them to deliver it!"
This is the gist of complaints I have seen online.

The worst for me is the stupid surepost . Where UPS delivers it to my post office in 2 days then takes my local post office a week to deliver it to me. Ticks me off.
