Warning letter

I was wondering how long does it take to get a clean record after receiving a warning letter? Like if I get a warning letter for miss loads how long will that be tagged on me or is it like a lingering thing that won’t go away?

I think it's 9 months.

Did you file a protest letter or grievance on the warning letter?
If you didn't it's the same as saying, "...yeah, I did it.".
