What happens to UPS drivers that get tickets or get in accidents

If the cops pull over a UPS driver for speeding or a driver gets in a car accident and crashes. Does the company pay for it or does the driver have to pay for it while getting fired.

The company will pay for the ticket(s) and depending upon the situation the driver may or may not be pulled out of service during the investigation with the possibility of termination.

Worst you can get is a termination letter unless it was really bad. A good BA won't meet on it for months. If your clean the whole time it will get reduced to warning or suspension unless you have served suspension recently.
