0-12 months nothing
12-24 months 1 week
Two years = two weeks.
10years = 3 weeks.
15 = 4
At least that is the way it is here.
5 weeks in Sweden!
And four of them must be during the summer. (1/6-31/8)
Ask a full time person in your building
Depends on the supplement or rider as I don't see anything in the NMA about it.
For Southern supplement it reads as follows.
Check your local supplement or rider at UPS Agreements, 2013 – 2018 if you don't have your own copy of the contract handy.
My Vacation progression:
Playing Pool, or swimming in a Pool?
I'm at 3 weeks 10 years in. I get 4 when I hit 15? I just might make it there!
There not here?
Yeah, I think it's playing pool, I didn't see exercise on the list.
Floating around the pool, with a adult beverage in hand.
Zero exercise, other than the 12 ounce curl.
I always laugh at the clowns running on vacation. Really, you can't take a break and relax for a week?
1 year-1 week
2 years-2 weeks
5 years-3 weeks
15 years-4 weeks
20 years-5 weeks
25 years-6 weeks
1 year = 1 week
3 years = 2 weeks
8 years = 3 weeks
15 years = 4 weeks
20 years = 5 weeks
25 years = 6 weeks
30 years = 7 weeks
all + 1 optional week that can be split into 5 individual 10 hr vacation days.
And by the 2018 all of the weeks are 50 hrs paid. The only carrot they dangled to get us to accept the contract.
At least you are being paid for your silence.
NICE! Vacation should be 50 across the board everywhere? 43.34 hours per week. LMAO. The only place drivers work 43.34 hours is the BOG. If I go back and look at the last year, I guarantee I worked no fewer than 46 hours any week where I worked 5 days. Absolute joke 45 straight vacation hours
What's the BOG? I see it here all the time
And yea I might work 43 hours of I call in sick Thursday and Friday
You guys counting your optional week? I've got 11 yrs in and I get 4 weeks this yr.
