She can have Classified Emails in her system, IF they were marked classified, AFTER they were transmitted. It happens all the time.
Expost Facto rules then come into play.
You cannot be Charged for a crime, if the action became Illegal AFTER it occured.
The state department has already been crystal clear on this issue. They have stated some emails were deemed classified AFTER they were transmitted.
The same thing that Colin Powell did.

Again, like Clinton, they used PRIVATE servers to transmit these emails.
But, you keep holding your breath for an indictment. It will be a laughing day for me at your expense when the FBI does nothing to Hillary and then you switch to blame Obama for interfering.

Almost nothing you just posted about is true.
An e-mail does not have to be marked "CLASSIFIED" or "TOP SECRET".
Just having those on her PRIVATE e-mail makes her GUILTY and she will spend time in prison.

Exactly. The paper than ran the false story that 150 agents are working on the Hillary case, had to run a retraction of those numbers and now puts it at "less than 50" in order to try and save face.
Actually, there are less than 20 working the email case.
But, those inclined to watch fox news or read right wing papers like the Washington post, The weekly standard will believe and repeat everything they hear.
