I think it’d be an easy win unless it clearly states it’s a 1 time deal

I don't think it would be a easy win. The agreement seems to be that the company will give you 10 day but after the max you will be allowed to use PTO.

2) if event 2 happened at work OSHA says it’s a workplace incident right?

I'm sorry I'm not understanding your points.

#2 is a family member is sick but I don't think osha says we can't go to work because of it. I know they did say that covid19 could be a work comp issue. I'd have to look.
