Language says they can't load you up on the remaining 2 days if you go over 3 times. So, what is loading you up. 9.6? 14?Seems to me that 9.5 would be excessive
Isn't that what we are talking about?
Not sure I follow dumb it down for me

I'm not negotiating anything and neither are you, so what do you want to accomplish? So instead of saying a incendiary statement like that, come back with a better idea. It is negotiation time, after all.
Why is week 2 a violation? Certainly they only went over 9.5 twice.let me dumb it down for you again, 3 days is violation....
1st week no
2nd week yes
1030 isn't late. I've delivered at 1030 without issue. 9.51 is over 9.5.IF 10:30:00 A.M. is a "late air", then 9.50 hours is "over 9.5"

Lmfao. The thing is, it doesn't matter if it's planned. Nor should you care. The key is, you can file if it's 2 days as long as the 2 days are excessive. What would you consider excessive? I'll give you a hint, it's lower than you think.didn't see that it was only 9.5...
these hours you're posting, are they planned hours or actual hours worked?

You CAN file on both. Top one will likely not go anywhere.Omg this again! I'm going to dumb it down.

And this is some bs that needs to back toI don't care... If I work over 9.5, 3 days during the week, I'm filing.
You need a cut off somewhere. For years UPS had a problem with you going over 9.5.
Because way back then it was cheaper to put routes in if you was over 9.5. every day.
Now the price of health insurance and pension contributions, they want the least amount of people as possible
Seems to me that 9.5 would be excessive
Isn't that what we are talking about?

Has to be a cut off somewhere. It's not bad if you have a busy week and now and again. But not every ing week.Yes. I wish I could count the times being in grievance meetings, only hear the
Labor Manager say; Well, that's not the way we see it". As I look at it thinking;
well that's the way it reads!!
Both sides like that gray area there for obvious reasons - but of course it makes some things difficult at times. that's why I asked about about the clarity/subjective of "excessive OT". I'm just asking
Back in the day when it was YOUR area it was cool to have some heavy days.Has to be a cut off somewhere. It's not bad if you have a busy week and now and again. But not every ing week.
I remember when they would do that. Often came from up above. Up in the tower. I know my manager didn't want to do that to me. I am that guy who doesn't say a word. Everything is said the following day on that payroll.Back in the day when it was YOUR area it was cool to have some heavy days.
Now when they cut 5 routes and you're running 2.5 routes of area no that's not cool.
