UPS has extended the 24 hour day in our local. A day now consist of 27 hours and the union let them do it.

Couldn’t agree more. Me and all the other feeder drivers are all chipping in to buy pizza for management on all Fridays leading up to peak just to show how much we appreciate the great jobs they’re doing.

This will be the best peak I've had since 1989 ----------- I retired in September. So glad I did.

To balance this off, the company will also use common core math to pay its drivers 38 hours for every 40 worked.

I wouldn't waste my time doing that. Go to punch out, "complete edd work" Y/N, Hit N and punch out.
