Same, I've had 2. 1 where I was at a stop sign and the woman made a super tight turn and cut into my lane. Another where I was parked across the street and a 15 year old with her probation license backed out of her driveway into the truck. FedEx can be reasonable. Sometimes.

I’m not sure why you guys are surprised by this. My company has grown every year I’ve owned it. It’s not like I’ve had layoffs. People quit or are fired for cause, it’s not complicated.
I'm sure all that money you spend on teaching them how to drive and be safe pays off......
That's because your own employer Fedex Ground would never allow that to happen.
The only thing you own is the fantasy floating around in your head . There's not a single move you make this is NOT subject to the oversight and approval of Fat Freddy which means that you don't own a dam thing outside of being granted the right to to exclusively serve him .
Don’t worry about that. It definitely isn’t his fault or apparently his drivers fault if the driver is terrible. At least that’s what I learned from previous post.
Is a lot of stuff do you have to know how to do this job correctly and safely
