Seriously though, get a thorough blood pressure, etc check from a doctor.

Have seen things end really badly for guys who had serious health conditions and tried to be preloaders. They go down, are wheeled out, end of story, life goes on for everybody else and it never makes the news.

Personally, I’d much prefer leaving this world on the toilet to leaving it at a UPS hub or center.

You too??? Man. Couple of times. Probably some of the worst physical pain I've ever felt. Thought I was gonna pass out. Eventually I learned not to do that anymore and just save it for later when there's enough built up that I don't have to force it.
