Going All The Way To The Supreme Court. Yea, Right.

It will be fine

My version counts legal ballots. Forcing observers to stand too far away, or pushed out of the room altogether, telling counters to back date ballots, telling observers to go home, counting is over, then pulling out hidden suitcases full of ballots and counting with no observers all suggests widespread fraud. You cheated, you know you cheated, and you're having a grand time thinking about how the Democrats got away with it.
You want legally cast and counted votes thrown out because you lost. Your position is a disgrace. Your side has been laughed out of every court they’ve tried. There’s a reason for that and that reason is not a national conspiracy of the deep state.

I want all cast and counted votes to be valid. If they aren't they aren't legal. Just way too many irregularities, discrepancies and anomalies to not have all ballots inspected. From that point of view one would have to ask what are Democrats so afraid of that they won't have the ballots inspected by legitimate third parties? Why not bring in the FBI and have them audit ballots?

Again you have no proof. This is why Trump loses in court ALL the time. Like you, he has no proof.

There's no access to ballots, true. But unconstitutional changes to the process happened during the election. They were unconstitutional because the state legislature did not authorize them. Fortunately for the Democrats the Supreme Court didn't want to involve themselves. They didn't rule on the validity of the Texas lawsuit, just refused to hear it.

Again you have no proof. Give me specifics, and stop talking in generalities. Let’s not forget a third of the SC is Trump appointed. You’re admitting he picked bad judges?

Texas did the same thing.

You have no proof any of what you’re talking about happened. PS I’ve never seen observers who watch people vote. That’s a right wing made up tale.
What planet are you from? In elections partisan observers are allowed to be within 6 feet of the ballot counters to observe the count. It's about election integrity and it's the law. They were forced to more than thirty feet away, some locations were removed from the building. And that's on videotape. A judge in PA ordered that they be allowed within 6' and the sheriff of Philadelphia County said he wouldn't enforce that order. Too many irregularities in this election.

its a refusal to hear the sworn testimony of thousands of agrieved voters. no judge wants to open that can of worms.

Ballot counting is done in public. It’s done by a machine. The voter puts it in the machine. Have you ever voted?

Yes I have. The machine prints a ballot which is counted along with mail in ballots. The counters sit at tables and tabulate votes. With observers kept away it can't be observed if ballots are legitimate. If they are postmarked before the deadline. If they are Xeroxed copies. Many ways to abuse the system.

It was all live streamed. Even if your fantasy were true no one has presented any evidence that the alleged fraudulent votes were for Biden and not Trump.
