22.4s are scheduled to work Wednesday thru Sunday come January. No (0) Zero 22.4s will be working Mondays or Tuesdays therefore unlimited RPCDs can be laid off M and T.How can RPCDs be laid off on Tuesday when the language says they can't be while 22.4s are working in the building?
C'mon. Really? Why is that so difficult to comprehend?
Why won't those who are familiar with the grievance and arbitration process admit this horrible language will fail at hearings and ultimately at arbitration?
