Haven't been on here for years. I heard express is delivering ground now. Is this true?

In some places that is true. They’ve kept some Express stations open and couriers are delivering both services in the zips they cover. Most places they are sending everything to the Ground stations and closing the Express stations. Merger is supposed to be complete by 2027 everywhere.

Wouldn't call it a merger. The dismantling of Express after lying to it's employees for decades. Such is life.
