You must be new! You have the right to take your eighty min. total down time reguardless of what time of year it is. Your center manager should be reported to the union.

You must take a full hour lunch break in our contract and it has to be completed before the 8th hour of working. Have the helper sort the car if he is smart enough to or just be nice and buy them lunch and have lunch break together.
