Weak people have no backbone and sell out their fellow workers for a attaboy. It takes balls to stand up to management. The strongest among us stand up for our coworkers even when it does not benefit him directly.

lol I don't need collective bargaining to earn what I earn at UPS and I certainly don't need the union to defend me. I can get a job making what I do now at a private shop or a dealer around here. I am here for the benefits and hopefully a pension if it does not go belly up.
