I'm not arguing. Nor do I deny the HS dwells in a person. How he dwells has been my position. Have you read any of my comments?

Why do you refuse to answer the questions? I seriously want to know the answer to them.
I have answered but you aren't listening.

How does the Holy Spirit dwell in a person in your opinion? If it isn't the core Gospel of death, burial, and resurrection of Christ I will acknowledge people can have differences of opinion but I won't argue with people about it.

Please give the comment # where you answered the following questions....
So the Holy Spirit communicates by "some feelings" or " more feelings" or "all feelings"? Which is it, or is there more?

So, I need to have a "good feeling" when I come to a conclusion about what the Bible says and that will assure me that it is right? And credit that"feeling" as direct communication from the Holy Spirit that is personally in me?

As has been stated and proven in scripture, the passages your article post was for the apostles and has been fulfilled.Example in the text would be Jesus assuring them that the Helper would bring into their remembrance all the words Jesus had spoken. I don’t need a Helper to do that. Jesus has never personally spoke a word to me.

So if he is not in someone personally, you are unable to properly understand what the Bible says?
When he tells you how to properly understand the Bible, how is that done?

@oldngray
The law in the text is the Old Testament (Law Of Moses). It is not talking about how you serve Christ in a new way.. It's talking about what the Spirit has brought us about Christ and what he did to the old law. The new law is one of grace and faith.

There is no doubt the Spirit dwells in us. The Scriptures teach this plainly. The question is, how does the Spirit dwell in us?

"Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me?" -John 14:10 Is God literally in Jesus? Is Jesus literally in God?
"I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me." -Galatians 2:20 Did Jesus literally live in Paul?
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.- Colossians 3:16 Does the word literally dwell in you?
"You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him. But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of righteousness. If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you." Romans 8: 9-11 Is Jesus literally in you? If not, why is the Holy Spirit literally in you, but Jesus isn't?

There is only one God, one Jesus, and one Holy Spirit. To have deity literally dwelling in you an incarnation would have take place.(Mary/birth of Jesus)
Please find a passage where the Holy Spirit was literally "in" someone. I've yet to see it.

When were you baptized with power (from the Holy Spirit) to perform miracles?(one of which would be the ability to hear the voice of God's Spirit personally and directly) What did you do? Where and what happened?
What did you remember about what Jesus said to you? Which gospel did you write? What miracle can you do? Did it look anything like Acts 2 when it happened to the Apostles as Jesus promised to THEM?

Not asking you to argue or acknowledge people have difference of opinion.
I think you won't answer the questions because when you really think about what you are claiming, it's sounds just as goofy as No Integrity.
Feelings? Paul had some feelings about persecuting the church, too.

After the "core of the gospel" is all agreed upon, are you saying the rest of what is taught and conclusions reached in the scripture is fine with God no matter the differences?

God's will is communicated in the Bible. He leads us by the word. The Bible has guided me in my marriage relationship, raising my children, my business affairs, my work , my relationship to civil government, how to pray, moral decisions, dealing with my neighbors, and other areas of my life. I am deeply indebted to God for the direction He has provided in my life.
I have never had a single occasion in which God audibly spoke to me. He did not audibly speak to me when I became a Christian. In periods of trial in my life, not once did He given me a vision or an inspired dream or a "feeling"that came directly from Him. He does not work that way, has not worked that way for 2000 years, and will never work that way again.
He never told me when to move , miraculously direct me, or otherwise gave me miraculous direction in my life by a "feeling"or a "nudge". God leads men through His word.

Lost and redeemed people need the leading of the Spirit. How to become a Christian and how to live a Christian life. In leading, guiding and edifying, the Spirit uses the instrumentality of truth – the revealed, confirmed word of truth. The word of God is the “sword (instrument) of the Spirit” (Eph.6:17).

The Holy Spirit “speaks expressly” (1 Tim. 4:1-2) giving instruction, warnings, exhortations THROUGH the New Testament.
The Holy Spirit has never laid aside the agency of truth, substituting fleshly feelings, emotions, or imaginations, in the guidance of non Christians or Christians.
Sons of God are led by the Spirit of God as they hear the Spirit revealed message of truth, believe and obey it. This is the way that Christians walk after the Spirit,” “mind the things of the Spirit,” are in the Spirit,” “live in the Spirit,” and are “led by the Spirit” (Rom. 8:1,4,5,9,13,14).

No you are totally failing to understand when I explain. Feelings? Not how you are claiming it to be. Because you can't trust whatever you might feel or want to believe you have to verify that it agrees with the Bible. Complelely opposite of what the No Bible I guy says. The Holy Spirit's role is to help you understand God's already completed Word. Never to come up with new "revelations".

Since you deny the indwelling of the Holy Spirit you seem to be grasping at straws to defend you position.

So does Satan
On the surface this may seem so. I once thought this way too.

My opinion and belief has changed about this.

I believe if Satan has any opinion or feeling about discussions of any kind regarding the God of the universe, even difficult ones, then his feelings would be just the opposite of this. I believe he would hate it and not love it when they occur.

Holy Cow! I do not deny the indwelling . You deny how the Bible plainly states “how” he indwells. Can you comment on post #607? It answers your question in # 601.
Since you continue to refuse to answer my questions, here is another one.
What does the Holy Spirit do separate and apart from the word of God. How do you know he is “doing”?( a Bible passage and or verse would be nice to back your position)

I have been answering your questions. I'm sorry if you don't like the answers.

Can you please explain how the Holy Spirit indwells in your opinion and support it with Scripture?

No you haven’t . And you know it.
I have answered your question/questions numerous times with scripture and you never comment.

Take your pick of just about any post in this thread for your answer.

But for old times sake.. the HS dwells in the Christian the same way God and Jesus does. Not personally as has been shown with scripture in numerous previous comments. He dwells representatively.
Since the Holy Spirit is in you personally, what does he do for you separate and apart from his word? How do you know when he does something?

You have a suspicious similarity to how @Integrity posts by never directly answering questions and then demand others to respond with multi quote questions. Almost as if it is the same person on another account.

Just sayin'

God defines you in the Bible. Don't worry.
God is my source the Bible is not my source.

I do love the Bible.I find it very useful in my religious, spiritual life, and my personal relationship with God.

IMO the written religious traditions and those that resulted in the Bible are of great value.

God doesn’t care about your opinion.
