Well you're really supposed to take your break between the range in the contract. It's more so their principal of doing it so they don't have to go help others. Especially when it's those drivers that are always crying for help when they drag their ass all day.

Even management agrees with us on that issue.
Actually, that was what the grievance was, was to get them to do something about the problem.
They told them here they they will get a warning letter. Failure to follow instructions.

If you come in a half hour early to sort your truck before start time. You are giving them 30 minutes a day. That's 2 and a half hours of work for free. That's roughly 100 bucks a week your missing out on. 400 bucks a month. That's a car payment. If one of you morons tripped or bumped your head or an irreg falls on your foot and you get hurt before start time. Your gone. And the union will wave bye bye as your being escorted out.
