I ended up at this thread a lot when I first started. Back then, I was in shock to believe UPS was too cheap to supply anything other than a $4 vest that gets caught on the door latch when you leave.
Year 2 I demanded a jacket order from the catalog. No dice. A driver eventually gave me a spare in the parking lot.
