2nd Day Shipping

I ordered a package from Amazon with 2nd day air. It had the estimated delivery date today until this morning when it changed to Tuesday morning. I was hoping to receive it today... do you think there is still a chance I get it today?

When it says the delivery date is rescheduled that normally means the package was sent to the wrong facility along the way. From the looks of it the package was transported by trailer to Harrisburg when it should have been moved by aircraft to Pittsburgh. So in other words we screwed up and you won't see your package until Tuesday.

Thanks for the information. I wondered why it went to Harrisburg after being in Philly... I didn't realize it was an error. What sort of bothers me is that it is in New Stanton right now which is about an hour and a half away. It's pretty close to where I am but I guess I'll just have to wait.

Did you pay for 2 Day shipping? If so, request a refund from Amazon who in turn will request a refund from us.

I actually am using the Amazon Prime free trial right now, so I didn't pay anything for shipping.
